ACCOMMODATION AND TRAVEL
Participants are requested to make their own arrangements for International and Domestic travel. ICCR-2024 tries to mobilize some domestic travel grant for invited presenters and young scientists and the decision of providing such assistance depends only when the support is assured by the funding agencies. Hotel accommodation will be arranged on payment basis. Participants may contact the organizing coordinator/organizing coordinator to arrange accommodation in hotels.

Kanyakumari District is among the most compact districts in Tamilnadu, India, including numerous tourist attractions. It is a cultural institution that holds great historical importance. This district is significant due to its diverse topography, as it is situated between the Arabian Sea to the west and the Western Ghats to the east. Kanyakumari, situated at the southernmost point of the Indian peninsula, is a highly significant and captivating tourist destination. Here, one can observe the convergence of three seas - the Indian Ocean, Bay of Bengal, and Arabian Sea - as well as the presence of multi-colored sand on the beach. Kanyakumari, also known as Cape Comorin, is renowned for its distinctive attraction of sunrise and sunset, which captivates travellers from various corners of the globe. The monuments of the internationally acclaimed philosopher Swami Vivekananda and the Tamil poet Thiruvalluvar, situated on rocky outcrops in the sea, are remarkable landmarks to appreciate. The district and its borders are home to various tourist attractions, including Poovar Boat Club, Mathur Hanging Bridge, Padmanabhapuram Palace, Thirparappu Falls, Dilanoy Fort, Sankuthurai Beach, Kanyakumari Amman, Suchindrum, and Nagaraja Temple. These sites possess significant tourist potential. The organisers will facilitate the participants in observing these tourist places.
